Great Fosters Wedding Photography, Surrey

Great Fosters Wedding Photography // by Steven Rooney

Below is a selection of Great Fosters Wedding Photography from the wedding of Sarah and James and the very, very beautiful Great Fosters Hotel near Egham in Surrey. It’s certainly one of the nicest venues I’ve been to this year and has bags of space and even more character. The venue is tucked away in it’s own little bit of Surrey, just outside the M25 near to Egham and Virginia Water.

Photography at Great Fosters

I’d been to visit the venue a couple of weeks before whilst on a shoot at Virginia Water and I was immediately blown away by the grandeur and elegance of the place. The gardens are nothing short of a piece of art and the great hall and orangery offer something very special for wedding couples. I knew then that I would be able to produce some special Great Fosters Wedding Photography for Sarah and James.

Sarah and James both got ready at the hotel and there was a real sense of anticipation in the air. Guests started to arrive and the Orangery was set out for the wedding.  Sarah followed her bridesmaids into the room with her Dad and the emotion levels sky rocketed.

Wedding Photographs in and around Great Fosters

There were just too many locations at the venue to choose from for portraits and group photos. I was spoilt for choice. As well as manicured gardens, natural wooded areas, lake and attractive building exteriors Great Fosters has a pretty special interior. The hall looked amazing once decorated with candles and lights ready for the wedding breakfast and speeches. The open fire and wooden beams provided a warm and intimate setting for the wedding guests to relax and enjoy the food.

It really was a lovely day, made so by a lovely couple and a whole bunch of people who couldn’t be happier for them. I’m extremely pleased and honoured that Sarah and James trusted me for their Great Fosters Wedding photography.
