Stef and James – Norcliffe Chapel, Styal – Bells of Peover (Tipi) Knutsford
October is one of the best months of the year for photography. There’s so much coulour about and you can get some really lovely light. And then there are days when none of that really matters and the photography is all about two people in love having a great time and sharing an awesome wedding with their nearest and dearest.
Stef and James were married at Norcliffe Chapel on the National Trust’s Styal Estate. It’s a beautiful chapel nestled away at the end of a cobbled track backing on to the farms and woodlands of the
Stef got ready at her family home not too far away whilst James and his best man and ushers had a swift cup of tea :/ at the pub across the road.
After the wedding we congregated for the family formals and a cople of portraits in the woods before heading off the Bells of Peover near Knutsford.
Off to the Tipi!
The weather was fine and gusts congregated outside the tipi for a drink and some fish and chips to keep them going until the wedding breakfast.
It’s always nice to shoot weddings in different locations and locations, so shooting in a tipi was a lot of fun. There was a fantastic party atmosphere and everyone had a great time well into the night.
