It’s been a minute. That’s what all the cool people say these days. It feels like a minute. In fact, the older I get, the faster time flies. I learned today that concord files twice as fast as the speed of sound. which is about 1500mph. One thing that goes even faster than that is improvements in technology and changes in the wedding photography world.

With wedding photography in general taking a more editorial route and many photographers now also offering video and content creation, 2025 is shaping up to be a very interesting year indeed. I’m keen to launch into it with an open mind and an open heart, ready to meet new couples and photograph some epic weddings. Before I do, I just wanted to reflect a little on 2024, a year of change, a year of adventures and another year filled with meeting some amazing people and photographing some incredible weddings. Thank you to all of the wonderful couples who put their trust in me to document their weddings as well as going along with my crazy ideas! I was lucky enough to photograph weddings in England, Scotland, Wales, Spain, and the USA and was extremely privileged to be asked to speak at the Learning to Fly retreat in Donegal, Ireland.
