Kilworth House Wedding Photography – Kilworth House in Leicestershire is a fabulously bright and unique venue set in acres of rolling countryside and home to it’s own outdoor theatre. I was lucky enough to shoot some wedding photography at Kilworth House last spring for the nuptials of Andrea and Shaun. This lovely couple live and work in Norway, where Andreas family is from. So there were a few Scandinavian traditions thrown into the mix for good measure.

One of the things I love about my job is the variety of weddings I get to shoot and seeing different traditions from different cultures and religions. There was a real injection of Norwegian tradition here at Kilworth.

It was a glorious day for the wedding, which took place in the Orangery, followed by drinks on the patio before the newly married bride and groom flew off on a helicopter ride. Check out the and images below!

This stunning venue has a lot to offer when it comes to your wedding photography. The rooms and corridors are grand and bright, and the Orangery ensures good light whatever the weather. The grounds of the venue include woodland, wild grass, manicured gardens and tree-lined paths, so there’s no end of options when looking for excellent portrait locations. And to top it off, there’s an outdoor theatre! I did manage to check that out and see what’s on for future visits!
