Danny and Georgina’s wedding was full of emotion and fun. I was lucky enough to be their Hampton Manor Wedding Photographer. These two were an absolute pleasure to photograph and they made my job much easier by sorting out some great weather for the day and smiling a lot. It was a day of many tears but more laughter and there was a lot of love shown to Georgina and Danny from their friends and family.
Hampton Manor Wedding Photography
From a photography point of view, this is an incredible venue. The big house is decorated in a contemporary style with good natural and artificial light. And for lampshade fans Hampton Manor is home to the biggest suspended lampshade in the world. I digress.
The wedding took place in a private outbuilding and the reception was in a separate wing of the hotel with some very helpful windows in the ceiling. In the interim, there was a champagne reception in the parlour and foyer of the main hotel. The building itself is great but I love the grounds more. The wooded areas and paths around the venue really suited the type of portraits that I like to shoot, and the sun peeping through the foliage was perfect on the day. We were also treated to a pretty spectacular sunset. So for the day I was treated to happy people and good light. I was spoilt rotten and went home a very happy photographer.
