During a cold snap, I love to look back over summer weddings and look forward to the weather improving for the wedding season ahead. This was one of my favorite weddings of last summer. Dale and Andrew both Live in Southport and were married at St. Cuthberts Church in Churchtown, opposite Meols Hall. And the reception took place at Formby Hall Golf Club

It was a fantastic wedding with a great party atmosphere. The weather was great, the wedding was lovely, the speeches were emotional and the party went on into the night.

St. Cuthbert’s church is the oldest public building in Southport and is set in the quaint village of Curchtown. From the church Andrew and Dale travelled south to Formby which is situated on the coast north of Liverpool.

The celebrations continued at Formby Hall Golf Club which is has everything you need for a great wedding reception. And as you can see from the photos, a good time was had by all.

All in all a great summer wedding! Congratulations to Dale and Andy and everyone else involved in making this such a great occasion.
