The Lake District – Askham Hall Wedding Photography

Anticipation was in the air from the time I arrived the evening before the wedding. It was easy to be drawn in by the excitement and nerves building. People were arriving, tables were being set, flowers were being delivered and Sam and Shaun were clearly looking forward to the day ahead of them. Beautiful wedding, stunning venue, lovely people 🙂 I really enjoyed creating some great Askham hall wedding photography for Sam and Shaun.

Jewellery – diamond necklace- wedding gift from my mum, wedding ring bespoke designer, Rojers jewellery, Irby, Wirral.
Gold and diamonds were used from my Mums original wedding band and engagement ring. Shaun got me a Tiffany infinity bracelet as a wedding gift too.

SVL lighting did all lighting in the barn and lit the house front, we designed the table layouts
including creating the candle logs and I hand decorated all of the jars. Other vases were our own or family heirlooms. Table plan was designed and created by Shaun.

Askham Hall supplied cutlery, China and linen.

Cake – Shaun designed and created the cake, it was a dummy cake and we had slabs of carrot cake and Victoria sponge purchased from pipedreams in West Kirby, Wirral.
